Update! Update!

Please excuse me. I am dreadfully behind on this blogging thing.... So addicted to facebook am I that I can not seem to get off of there to come here!
Much has happened since I have last been here. Not anything exciting, but life tends to get away from us. The boys are both in Jr High and busy with whatever the sport of the season is. John is usually right there with them, either coaching or helping to coach. This is good for me, because I do not have to be their taxi- EVER! Both boys are as tall, or taller than me. Anna is in 3rd grade and playing basketball and volleyball. I think that she prefers volleyball, but in this house, there is no choice when it comes to basketball! She will also catch up with me soon! Abby, poor Abby, is mostly just along for the ride to everyone's games at this point. She is in the first grade. She claims that she wants to be a cheerleader, but again, not a choice in this house. She goes to volleyball practice with Anna, and the coach said that he thinks that she can play on the team next year. She does like volleyball. She tried soccer this past fall, and thankfully has loudly proclaimed that she does NOT want to play again. This mommy does not like to be cold and/or wet! Indoor sports are fine with me! She may be a force on the basketball court one day also.
John is still teaching at Northmor where they hope to have a new school at the start of the 2011-2012 school year. I have started 12 hour shifts and now work 6am to 6pm which is a HUGE change after working 2nd shift for 16 years!
Well, as I said, nothing very exciting. That is my story and I'm sticking to it!
